Just purchased a Ford Bronco Sport from Patty Johnson at Palm Springs Ford. It was a delightful experience and Patty made it so smooth and easy. Appreciate her guidance on setting up the iphone and carplay. She even had my drivers seat reupholstered with more padding because I'm so short! I highly recommend Patty and her team.

Joseph was amazing and helpful from the moment we met. I never felt pressured by him and he helped to get me into my new Bronco Sport. Finance was easy and fairly quick (After we solved a little hiccup). My only advise would be to keep managers away from buyers as the sales guys are great on there own.

Awsome experience with Patty (sales) and Alex (finance). Patty was super helpfull with explaning all the Mach E infotainment and she also set up my phone with the ford pass and paired it with the car. Being in my 70's I'm a little tehnically challanged so that was extreamly helpfull. Finance portain was easy as well and was relatively quick. I live in the San Diego area and I drove up to purhase the care by myself. Patty offered to have the car delivered which I thought was extreamly nice and considerate, and I took her up on the offer.

There were a couple minor hiccups that bothered us, but it was also a ford issue as well. nothing major that would keep us from coming back or referring ,we hope the servicing is good in the future too

I’m very disappointed with Palm Springs Motors. I paid them $3,615 on April 6 to repair the flywheel on my Ford Escape. After only about 1,000 miles, the flywheel failed again. Mock’s Ford in Grants Pass, Oregon disassembled the vehicle and determined that the second failure was caused by “failed workmanship” because the flywheel had not been installed correctly. They also took photos that they said “tell the whole story.” Mock’s Ford has been trying for nearly two months to get Palm Springs Motors to cover the repair, but Palm Springs Motors has not agreed to pay and has not returned my calls. I am 82 years old and have now spent about $1,600 on a rental car while facing another $3,703 repair bill. Mistakes happen, but a reputable dealership should stand behind its work. So far, Palm Springs Motors has not.

Overall great experience! I was in with an old car and out with a new car in about 1hr 30min. Got to the dealer and Raul Avila already knew what car I wanted, as soon as we arrived, took it out for a test drive, arrived back at the dealer and said yes! This is the one! 10/10 experience!

Auto Dealers themselves risk xxxxxxx off current and future customers by deceiving them in different ways. When Palm Springs Motors Ford has its Quick Lane side business whose sign and facade screams out its similar to a Firestone or other example of a competitor, then they end up using that same location for its dealer services, then the deception starts. I am in the business (auto parts, related media, etc) and was at their Quick Lane recently which turned out to be a big mistake. They quoted me double what a competitor was going to charge me (over $1,200 more) for the job. Their auto parts quote itself was over $500 more than the going rates. I ended up having to spend $225.00 to get my car. Never ever ever again will my family, my community and beyond will touch Palm Springs Ford again. They may get wonderful dealer reviews, but their Quick Lane operations are very deceptive and a laughable joke.

Two years ago, I bought a Ford Maverick from Palm Springs Motors. Within the first six months, the axle had to be replaced twice. I considered pursuing a lemon law claim, but before I could, someone hit the truck. I didn’t have the money to repair it or continue with the legal process, so I was stuck with the vehicle. I tried repeatedly to work things out with the dealership and to get out of the loan, but I couldn’t. From my perspective, once the sale was complete, I felt ignored and my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I currently have a truck that’s worth around $16,000, but I still owe about $25,000 on it. I feel like I was sold a deal that put me in a very difficult financial position. I specifically said I didn’t want to be upside down on the loan, but that’s exactly where I ended up. To the dealership’s credit, the manager, Mike, met with me, and the salesperson, Roy, apologized to me for how he handled the sale and the contract was adjusted somewhat. Even so, the overall experience left me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I’m a 64-year-old woman, and this has been one of the worst vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Based on my experience alone, I would encourage anyone considering Palm Springs Motors to do their homework, compare dealerships, carefully review every document before signing, and think twice before making a purchase there.

Pretty Great experience. Dealer was willing to negotiate to make a deal. Give and take; but fairly low stress. Overall very pleased with the experience and would recommend to family and friends. Would consider for next purchase.
