The health and well-being of you and your family, our team members, and our community remains our top priority. As we continue to navigate through this complex situation, we have taken all Covid-19 health and safety precautions and want you to know we are still here for all your automotive needs.
Our hours of operation are changing slightly, but Palm Springs Motors will remain open to serve you with the following schedule:
Effective at Midnight, Wednesday, March 18th, our operation hours will change to:
Sales Department: 9am – 6pm Mon-Sat, closed on Sundays.
Parts, Service, Quick Lane and Body Shop: Mon-Fri 7am – 4pm, closed Sat-Sun.
This temporary schedule will remain in effect until further notice.
To promote social distancing for service customers, we will be moving to a Service “Drop Off” model and are asking our guests to leave their vehicles with us rather than wait in our guest lounges. Our service professionals will continue using rubber gloves, sanitizing wipes, and steering wheel covers to handle your vehicle.
Our mobile service unit will be available to serve your vehicle service needs (select services only) at your home or office. For more information or to make an appointment for mobile service, please call (760) 895-0326.
Customers wishing to shop for vehicles from home can utilize our Palm Springs Motors website to shop, configure, and arrange home delivery of any new Ford, Lincoln, Mazda or pre-owned vehicle.
The situation with COVID-19 is evolving rapidly and we will continue to communicate with you frequently and continue to keep the health, safety, and well-being of our team members and customers our first priority.
